Item Summary:
Requesting approval of Change Order #1 in the amount of $850 for home repair at 1509 East Main Street. The
agreement between the City of Round Rock and On -Call Management Services Inc. was approved in the amount of
$18,252 on May 6, 2011. Change order #1 is for the replacement of damaged fascia in the rear of the house, fix
sewer line to kitchen sink (existing does not pass code) and to replace the damaged gutter in the back of the house
(removal is needed to repair existing porch). City inspector, Darrell Hall inspected and verified that this work needs
to be done in order to complete work write up items #5, 6, 8.

Remove and replace all rear siding to
include replacement of window and corner
trim with hardi material. Caulk and flashing
to be installed where necessary. Prime and
paint (2 coats) to match.

entry door. Prime and paint (2 coats) to

Owner has completed front roof repair.

Remove existing tub in hall bath room and
replace with walk-in shower surround with
sliding doors. Caulk and seal.
Repair dining room ceiling sheet rock,
retexture and paint to match.
Repair plumbing behind washing machine.
Remove and replace water heater to include
pan and pan drain.
'Remove and replace overhead kitchen light
fixture.
Remove and replace kitchen sink with
stainless steel. Replace that congruent
section of countertop with formica.
Connect all drains.
Remove existing and replace front door.
Prime and paint (2 coats) to match.
Remove and replace guttering at front of
garage with like kind and color.
Repair brick at front match existing as
close as possible.
