Item Summary:
As with the other easement release requests, this request also involves the release of utility easement that is no
longer necessary. The difference in comparison with the other two is that this involves only a portion of the existing
easement.
The existing wastewater line easement dates to 1982, prior to the Vista 620 Subdivision, which was approved by the
Planning and Zoning Commission in 2007. Located on the north side of Round Rock Avenue between Oaklands Drive
and the intersection of Deep Wood Drive and Round Rock Avenue, the project only recently completed subdivision
and site improvements. To accommodate infrastructure and site improvements, and to facilitate future building
development, a portion of the existing wastewater line was relocated. An easement to accommodate the relocated
line was dedicated this Spring.
Because the existing line was relocated, and because the applicant, Vista 620 Partners, LLC., wishes to use the space
encumbered by the existing easement for vertical development, the applicant requests that portion of the
easement be released. Staff concurs with the request that this portion of the easement be released.

RELEASE OF PORTION OF
15' WASTEWATER LINE EASEMENT
THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON
That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties of
Travis and Williamson, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by VISTA 620 PARTNERS, LLC, a Texas
limited liability company, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE only the below -described portion of that certain 15'
Wastewater Line Easement of record in Volume 894, Page 56 of the Real Property Records of
Williamson County, Texas.
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, describing a 0.043 acre tract of
Iand situated in the Jacob M. Harrell Survey, Abstract No. 284, Williamson County,
Texas, being a portion of Lot 3, Block A, Vista 620, a subdivision plat recorded in
Cabinet EE, Slides 363-364 of the Plat Records of said County and a portion of a 15 foot
wide Wastewater Line Easement described in Volume 894, Page 56 of the Deed Records
of said County, said 0.043 acre tract of land being more particularly described by metes
and bounds as attached; and
See "Sketch to Accompany Description" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all
intents and purposes hereunto and in any wise pertaining, showing such easement.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described portion of said easement, which
portion of said easement is terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose,
and which portion of said easement will be of no further effect, whether legal or equitable.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Round Rock, Texas has caused thisinstrument entitled
"Release of Portion of 15' Wastewater Line Easement" to be executed on this the 3 ca day of the month
