AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING THE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED TERITORY
TO THE CITY OF ROUND ROCKWILLIASON COUNTYTEXASAND
EXTENDING THE BOUNDARY LIMITS OF SAID CITY SO AS TO INCLUDE
SAID HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS
AND GRANTING TO SAID TERRITOW AND TO ALL FUTURE INHABITANTS
OF SAID PROPERTY ALL THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF OTHER
CITIZENS AND BINDING SAID FUTURE INHABITANTS BY ALL OF THE
ACTS AND ORDINANCES OF THE SAID CITYEXCEFT THAT SHOOTING
WITH A SHOT GUN NOT LARGER THAN A TEN GUAGE SHOT GUN MAY BE
DONE ON THESE ANNEXED PREMISES
WHEREAS a petition for annexation has been duly signed
and acknowledged by each and every person or corporation
having an interest in the following described territoryto wit
Being out of and a part of the Wiley Harris Survey
in Williamson CountyTexaslying north of Brushy Creekand being
a part of a 150 erne tract of land which is described in a
deed from TENelson to Louis MHenna dated February 23rd
AD1950of record in Volume 359Page 596Deed Records of
Williamson CountyTexasand further described by metes and
bounds as followsto wit
BEGINNING at a point where the Wiest line of said 150
acre tract of land intersects the center of Brushy Creekwhich
point is the SWcorner of said 150 acre tract of land
THENCE along the West line of said 150 acre tract of land
N19 degW543 varas to the point of intersection of said
West line and the South Right of Way of USHighway No79
THENCE in an easterly direction with the South Right of Way
of said USHighway No79 to the point of intersection of said
South right of way line of USHighway No79 with the East
line of the aforesaid 150 acre tract of land
THENCE S8 deg15Ewith the East line of said 150 acre tract
of landto the SEcorner of samebeing in the center of
Brushy Creek
THENCE up the center of said Brushy Creek with its meanders to
the place of beginningand
WHEREASsaid tract of land is contiguous and adjacent to the
City of Round RockTexasand is not more than one half 12
mile in widthand
WHEREASsaid petition was presented to the City Council on the
tt day of OctoberAD1951such date being not lessthanandnotmorethan30daysfromthedatehereofand
WHEREASafter hearing such petition and the arguments for and
against the samethe City Council of said City has voted
to grant such petition and to annex said territory to the
City of Round RockTexas
NOW THEREFOREbe it ordained by the City Council of the city

boundary limits of the city of Round RockTexasbe and the same
are hereby extended to include the above described territory
within the City Limits of the city of Round RockTexasand the
same shall hereafter be included within the territorial limits
of said city and said land and the future inhabitants thereof
shall hereafter be entitled to all rights and privileges of
other citizens of the city of Round RockTexasand shall be
bound by the acts and ordinances of said cityand it is
provided that no shooting of fire arms is permitted
thereon except that shooting may be done thereon with a shot gun
or shot guns not larger than a ten guageand that such excepted

The City Clerk is hereby directed to file with the County
Clerk of Williamson CountyTexasa certified copy of this
ordinance
passed by an affirmative vote of all members of the City
Council of Round RockTexasthis 1st day of November
