The improvements for the Little Oaks Subdivision included: installation of concrete ribbon curbs; widening and overlay of existing streets; re -grading of roadside ditches; storm sewer installation; replacement of driveways; and sidewalk improvements along RM 620. Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No. 1 adjusted the contract to known field quantities for additional flexible base; additional concrete sidewalk; additional concrete driveway; additional 12" storm sewer culvert; and additional water service adjustments. This change order was approved by the City Manager's office on June 1, 2011 at the cost of $21,345.50.
