Item Summary:
This is a request to release a small portion of an existing water line easement along the west side of the property. When the
property to the north was developed in 2008, a water line easement was dedicated across multiple lots in the subdivision to
serve that project. Now that this specific Lot or site is being developed, it has been determined that this stub out from the
primary easement line is no longer required. The area to be released has been incorporated into the site plan as the location of a
screened dumpster area.
The Utility Director for the City concurs with the release request, as does PDS staff.

THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON
That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties of
Travis and Williamson, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by GATTIS, LLC., a Texas limited liability
company, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON,
RELEASE and DISCHARGE only the below -described portion of that certain 15' Waterline Easement of
record in Volume 1422, Page 452 of the Real Property Records of Williamson County, Texas, and also
being of record in Document No. 2008015151of the Official Public Records of Williamson County,
Texas, to -wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, describing a 0.0103 acre tract of
land out of the P.A. Holder Survey, Abstract No. 297, situated in the City of Round Rock,
Williamson County, Texas, being a portion of Lot 2, Block A, Turtle Creek Commercial,
a subdivision recorded in Cabinet DD, Slides 270-271, Plat Records of Williamson
County, Texas, also being a portion of a 0.633 acre waterline easement recorded in
Document No. 2008015151 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas;
and
See "Sketch to Accompany Description" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all
intents and purposes hereunto and in any wise pertaining, showing such easement.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described portion of said easement, which
portion of said easement is terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose,
and which portion of said easement will be of no further effect, whether legal or equitable.

COMMENCING at a 1/2" iron rod with a red cap inscribed "SURVTEX LLC" set on March 6, 2007, at the
intersection of the north right-of-way line of Gattis School Road, a variable width right-of-way as recorded
