The change order addresses several little changes to the contract related to either unforeseen existing subsurface conditions or
minor changes to the construction drawings resulting in scope change. Additionally, the City removed the landscape material
and sod from the contract due to drought conditions. The landscape material will be installed at a later date by City crews.
