That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties of
Travis and Williamson, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by H. CHARLES HAAS and wife, SUSAN P.
HAAS, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON,
RELEASE and DISCHARGE only the below -described portion of that certain 10' Public Utility
Easement of record in Cabinet G, Slide 170-172 of the Real Property Records of Williamson County,
Texas, and also being of record in Document No. 1985030449of the Official Public Records of
Williamson County, Texas, to -wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, describing portion of a 10 feet
wide Public Utility Easement being out of Lot 1, Block C, The Oaklands Section One -A,
a subdivision in Williamson County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof
recordedin Cabinet G, Slides 170-172, Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas, said
Utility Easement is dedicated by and on said The Oaklands, Lot 1, being conveyed to
Charles and Susan Haas, by Deed of Record under Document No. 2007058957, Official
Public Records of Williamson County, Texas, the portion of said 10 feet wide Public
Utility Easement to be released is more particularly described by metes and bounds as
attached; and
See "Sketch to Accompany Description" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all
intents and purposes hereunto and in any wise pertaining, showing such easement.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described portion of said easement, which
portion of said easement is teiminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose,
and which portion of said easement will be of no further effect, whether legal or equitable.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Round Rock, Texas has caused th 's instrument entitled

COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CABINET G,
SLIDES 170-172, PLAT RECORDS OF WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS, SAID UTILITY
EASEMENT IS DEDICATED BY AND ON SAID THE OAKLANDS, LOT 1, BEING CONVEYED TO
CHARLES AND SUSAN HAAS, BY DEED OF RECORD UNDER DOCUMENT NO. 2007058957,

COMMENCING FOR REFERENCE at a '/" iron rod found at the common South corner of Lots 1 and 2,
Block C, The Oaklands Section One -A, said rod also being on the North line The Oaklands Section One -B, a
subdivision in Williamson County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Cabinet G, Slide 4,
Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas;
THENCE N 14°09'37" W, along the dividing line of said Lots 1 and 2, 5.07 feet to the Southeast corner of the
herein described portion of the 10 feet wide public utility easement to be released, said Southeast corner is the
PLACE OF BEGINNING hereof;
THENCE over and across the center of the 10 feet wide public utility easement and said Lot 1, the following
two (2) courses and distances:
1. S 85°26'27" W, 97.24 feet to an ell corner;
2. N 05°00'26" W, 35.00 feet to an ell corner;
THENCE N 85°26'27" E, over and across the herein described portion of the 10 feet wide public utility
easement, 5.00 feet to the most Northerly corner hereof;
THENCE S 05°00'26" E, along an East margin of the 10 feet wide public utility easement, 30.08 feet to an ell
corner hereof;
THENCE N 85°26'27"E, along the North margin of the 10 feet wide public utility easement, 91.44 feet to a
point on the dividing line of said Lots 1 and 2, for the most Easterly — Northeast corner hereof;
THENCE S 14°09'37" E, along the dividing line of said Lots 1 and 2, 5.07 feet returning to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 634 square feet of land.
