This line became the north segment of the lower phase of the Chandler Creek 1 (CC -1L) future wastewater interceptor as identified in the 2008 Wastewater Master Plan. This project was completed in 2010. These easements are for 1,267 feet of a proposed 24 -inch wastewater line that will be the southern segment of the CC -1L Wastewater Interceptor that will connect Legends Village to the existing 42" Chandler Creek Interceptor. A.
