Item Summary:
The subject site it located north of the northwest corner of East Old Settlers Blvd. and North Mays Street. The property ow er is
requesting to partially release an approximate 5,412 -square foot portion of an existing Public Utility Easement located al ng the
lot line of Lot 1B, Block B and the remainder of Lot 1, Block A, of the Crystal Park Replat. The Crystal Park Replat is scheduled for
the June 20, 2012 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. The purpose of the request is to release the portion of the
easement that will be encroached upon by the proposed building. The portion being released has been determined unnecessary
and utility providers have no objections to the release of easement.
