in Exhibit A of the Contract for Sale
Buyer: The City of Round Rock, Texas, a Texas Home Rule City
Seller: Jimmy Nassour and/or assigns
Escrow Agent: Independence Title Company
Earnest Money Deposit:
1) Seller and Buyer state that the referenced Contract is of no further force and effect, hereby
authorize Escrow Agent to pay the Earnest Money Deposit in the following manner:
Pay all $100.00 to Buyer
We understand that unless and until Escrow Agent has received identical instructions from all parties, it
will continue to hold said escrowed funds under the terms of the Agreement until such time as they become
eligible for escheat to the State.
