Re: Proposal for appraisal services relating to three (3) tracts of land on Bagdad Avenue, Round
Rock, Texas.
Dear Mr. Sheets:
As requested, I am pleased to provide this proposal for appraisal services relating to the property
captioned above. Terms of the assignment are summarized below.
Real Estate to be Appraised:
(1) A 2.1355 acre tract improved with
commercial buildings, located at the
southeast corner of Bagdad and McNeil /
Mays Street.
(2) A 0.8791 acre tract improved with a
warehouse building and site improvements
on the south line of Bagdad Avenue.
(3) A 0.24 acre tract improved with a metal
shed, located at the southwest corner of
Bagdad and Burnet.
Tracts 1 and 2 are under common ownership
and will be appraised as a single entity.
Tract 3 is separately owned and will be
separately appraised.

Use of the Report:

To estimate the market value of the fee
simple interest in the subject property as
of the date of inspection.
Establishing a basis for acquisition of the
property.
The appraisal will be developed and the
report will be prepared in conformity with
and subject to the requirements of the
Uniform Standards of Professional
Appraisal Practice (USPAP) of the
Appraisal Foundation and the Code of
Professional Ethics and the Standards of
Professional Appraisal Practice of the
Appraisal Institute.
The results of our analysis will be set forth
in summary reports as defined by Standards
Rule 2-2(b) of USPAP.
Tracts 1 and 2: $6,500
Tract 3: $2,250
These fees are predicated on all work being
undertaken concurrently and are payable
upon delivery of the reports.
Estimated at 30-45 days from your written
authorization to proceed.
If these terms are acceptable, please indicate by executing this agreement and returning one copy
to me. I look forward to working with you on this assignment.
