To approve a quitclaim release of easement for two stub -outs along the Kenney Fort
Crossing right-of-way.
The purpose of this item is to release two easements for stub -outs the City holds in the
right-of-way of Kenney Fort Crossing. These stub -outs were recorded in anticipation of
future streets in a future section of the property. The underlying property has since
been rezoned and will be developed as common lot single family detached home
community, served by private drive aisles. No public streets will be dedicated and
therefore no street stubs will be required.
Staff recommends approval.
