13A3, a certified copy of which is recorded in Document No. 2005034026, Official Records of
Williamson County, Texas.
Property (including any improvements) Subject to Lien:
Being 147.076 acres of land, more or less, out of the Prior A. Holder Survey, Abstract
No. 297, situated in Williamson County, Texas, being more fully described as being all of
that certain Tract 3, described in a deed to Round Rock Ranch, Ltd., as recorded in
Volume 2418, Page 51 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas.
Holder of the obligation for and in consideration of the full and final payment of all indebtedness
secured by the lien described above, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has
RELEASED and DISCHARGED, and by these presents RELEASES and DISCHARGES the
above-described Property from the lien held by the undersigned.

Holder of the note and lien expressly releases all present and future rights to establish or enforce
the lien as security for the payment of any future or other advances.
