F1. As required by Texas Government Code Section 143.034, consideration and final decision on
appeal filed by eligible promotional candidate Richard Rago and James Gossard regarding
City of Round Rock Fire Department Battalion Chief promotional examination questions from
test administered on February10, 2016.
F2. As required by Texas Government Code Section 143.034, consideration and final decision on
appeal filed by eligible promotional candidates Ronnie Krause, Johnny Davidson, Darwin
Shell, and Brandon Lincoln regarding City of Round Rock Fire Department Captain
promotional examination questions from test administered on February 11, 2016.
G. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
G1. Consider Executive Session as authorized by Section 551.088, Government Code, related to
the deliberation of a test item or information related to a test item regarding City of Round
Rock Fire Department Battalion Chief and Captain Promotional Examination questions from
test administered on February 10th and 11th, 2016.
