This program required that a five year lien be placed on the property and could be release after it expired and if the homeowner requested. Consider exectuing a Release of Lien under the Home Ownership Assistance Program for Julie Boatman . Ms.Boatman received a $5,000 grant under the Home Ownership Assistance Program in 2003 to purchase a home on 1906 Bradmore Drive (Lot Nineteen (19), Block "H", GREENHILL, SECTION ONE). Ms. Boatman paid the $75.00 fee and is now requesting that Lien #2003013745 be released. Staff recommends approval.
