The estimated price for this project is for a not -to -exceed $50,000, and provides for the following work plan: A. Review and respond to questions presented by the City's Wholesale Customers; B. Meet with City Management to review available data regarding questions and study methodology and develop City responses; C. Conference calls to respond to Wholesale rate issues; D.
