TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on April 14, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. by
City Council. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by the
proposed velo r Carlson, Brigance & Doering, Inc., on behalf of the owners Wallin Family
Investments, L.P., for the original zoning of the subject tract to PUD (Planned Unit Development) to be
known as Wallin Tract PUD. Case No. Z1602-001
Legal Description: The subject tract consists of 19.70 acres, more or less, out of the Willis Donaho, Jr.
