TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THE STATE OF TEXAS
KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON
That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS a Texas home -rule municipality, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration paid to it by SEBASTIAN ZAMARRIPA, JR, the receipt and sufficiency of which
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE, in its entirety,
that certain temporary construction easement granted as part of that certain public utility
easement dated November 20, 1986, and recorded Volume 1460, Page 603 of the Official
Records of Williamson County, Texas, such release being limited to that area designated as "50'
Temporary Construction Easement" in the attached Exhibit "A."
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City has caused this instrument to be executed on this the

Thank you for your recent e-mail dated November 6, 2013 asking that I
submit a written request to have the two Temporary Construction Easements
that I allowed the City of Round Rock to use as part of construction that took
place on or around my property located at 2650 Gattis School Road with a
legal description as follows: Lot 1 Block A of the Ray Burglund Subdivision
section 2 in the City of Round Rock.
The two easements are noted as Temporary Construction easements Per
201104040341 and Per 1460/503 on my survey. Thank you for providing
me with the necessary guidance to address my request to have the two
temporary construction easements removed from the survey that I am
attaching to this letter.
