Kennedy Consulting, Ltd. (KCI) has a number of currently open contracts with the City of
Round Rock. These contracts include:
1) University Boulevard Widening (R-13-03-28-17)
2) Arterial M/L Conceptual Design (CM -13-10-194)
3) La Frontera Phase 2 (R -12-12-06-F2)
4) Arterial A Conceptual Design (CM -13-07-103)
On January 20th, 2014, we received notice that effective January 1st Kennedy Consulting
had changed its business structure to a corporation, thus changing their name to Kennedy
Consulting, Inc.
Subsequently, this supplemental contract will revise the contract documents to reflect KCI's
new name.
This change has no dollar value associated with it.

SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT NO. 1
TO CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
FIRM: KENNEDY CONSULTING, INC. ("Engineer")
ADDRESS: 205 E. University Avenue, Suite 450, Georgetown, TX 78626
PROJECT: La Frontera — Phase 2
This Supplemental Contract No. 1 to Contract for Engineering Services is made by and between
the City of Round Rock, Texas, hereinafter called the "City" and Kennedy Consulting, Inc.,
hereinafter called the "Engineer".
WHEREAS, the City and Engineer executed a Contract for Engineering Services, hereinafter
called the "Contract", on the 6th day of December, 2012 for the La Frontera — Phase 2 Project in
the amount of $324,515.00; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the Contract to change the name of the firm
from Kennedy Consulting, Ltd. to Kennedy Consulting, Inc.;
NOW THEREFORE, premises considered, the City and the Engineer agree that said Contract
is amended as follows:
I.
On January 1, 2014 the former Kennedy Consulting, Ltd. changed its name to Kennedy
Consulting, Inc. and Kennedy Consulting, Inc. agrees to perform said contract, assume and
perform all the obligations and duties of Kennedy Consulting, Ltd. and will be bound by the
contract terms and conditions in all respects. Kennedy Consulting, Inc. further agrees to perform
this contract with the same Kennedy Consulting, Ltd personnel.
The Engineer shall furnish a current certificate of insurance that is issued under its new name.
The Engineer is responsible for keeping this certificate current and on file with the City of Round
Rock for the duration of the contract period.
All other provisions are unchanged and remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and the Engineer have executed this Supplemental
Contract in duplicate.
