This is an application to vacate a 25 -foot wide drainage easement across the rear yard of
Lot 18, Block S of Mayfield Ranch (3642 Cerulean Way). Section 36-46 of the Subdivision
Ordinance allows a landowner to request the vacation of an easement established by an
approved plat or by separate instrument. The purpose of the vacation of the easement is to
allow the homeowner additional area to allow adequate space for a deck.
Utilities has consented to the proposed vacation.
Staff recommends approval.

DRAINAGE EASEMENT
THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON
That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties of
Travis and Williamson, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by Joshua and Marleene Wible, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE of
that certain Drainage Easement of record in Cabinet X, Slides 66-68 of the Plat Records of Williamson
County, Texas, to -wit:
Being a 25 foot drainage easement along the rear property line of Lot 18, Block S, Final Plat of Mayfield
Ranch Section Four, a subdivision of Williamson County, Texas, according to the map or plat recorded in
Cabinet X, Slides 66-68, Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas and as further shown in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release only the described portion of said easement, which
portion of said easement is terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose,
and which portion of said easement will be of no further effect, whether legal or equitable.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Round Rock, Texas has caused this instrument entitled
"Release of Portion of Drainage Easement" to be executed on this the 2611 day of the month of

• The 25 foot (D.E. easement) as shown on the attached survey which encompasses and
indudes all the easement; 1,500sf of land, & is 25ft by 60ft in dimension. And travels
along the entire 60 feet of back property line (west line) and 25 feet into the lot on
both sidelines;
