Consider an ordinance revising the 1991-1992 budget. (Second Reading) STAFF RESOURCE PERSON: David Kautz STAFF RECOMMENDATION: The City Council has approved the acquisition of the Heritage Center property on U.S. 79 to house the Police department and other departments as deemed feasible. This agenda item provides funding for the transaction as applicable to the 1991-92 fiscal year. The funding source for the acquisition and finish -out costs is the General Fund balance as indicated on the attached summaries. The property acquisition, finish -out and move in are expected to be accomplished over a period spanning two fiscal years. Full utilization of the new facility in fiscal 1992-93 will result in increased operations and maintenance costs.
