Kenneth Stallings
Mr. Stallings and his son Dennis, who is a participant in the adaptive program at the Clay
Madsen Recreation Center, approached the City with the idea of applying for a Boundless
Playground. However, to apply Mr. Stallings had to have the support of the owner of the
property and an identified location for the playground. In discussions with Mr. Stallings we
all agreed that Clay Madsen Recreation Center would be a perfect location for the
playground and would benefit the adaptive program and the community. The addition of this
playground will enable the community to gain a better understanding of those with special
needs and truly integrate those with a disability into an active setting.
