RECOMMENDATION: Approval
The alley in question lies between Greenlawn Boulevard and Southwestern Trail
and extends from Zephyr to Stratford. The purpose served by the one-way
designation is to maximize lateral maneuverability for motorists using this
narrow alley and also to minimize the risk of a head-on collision.
