'� 1 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10.203 (2), CODE OF ORDINANCES, 1990 EDITION, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS CONCERNING PENALTIES FOR LATE PAYMENTS OF WATER BILLS; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS: I. That Section 10.203, Code of Ordinances, 1990 Edition, City of Round Rock, Texas is hereby amended to read as follows: (2) Penalty of Late Payment Any bill not paid by the tenth (! th+ sixteenth (16th) day following the mailing of the bills shall be deemed past due and a late fee of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) or ten (10) percent of the total amount due, whichever is more shall be assessed. if it beeenes- neeeesaFy to hand deliver the e- provided -€ebe! dditional fee e€ -five demos -($5.00) shall be assessed. II. A. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in conflict herewith are expressly repealed. B.
