STAFF RESOURCE PERSON: SHARON PRETE
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS:
Presently City Code prohibit the sale, possession
or consumption of alcoholic beverages in City
owned and operated swimming pool areas. Since
we do not want to inhibit Golf Corps' ability to
sell alcoholic beverages at Forest Creek Golf
Club, staff recommend that the ordinance be
changed to accomodate a third party operator.
