Consider executing Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No. 3 with Fencecrete America,
Inc. for the Greenlawn Boulevard Neighborhood Revitalization Program Project.
The City Council approved Fencecrete America's bid for construction services for the
Greenlawn Boulevard Neighborhood Revitalization Project at a cost of $407,947.50 on
August 14th 2014. The scope of the contract included all items necessary for the
successful construction of infrastructure and surface improvements for the installation
of a Fencecrete fence to be installed on Greenlawn Blvd.
Quantity Adjustment/Change Order # 1 is required to add additional quantity in the
project area that was required to complete necessary work for the project. Cost for
Change Order #1 totals $3,150.40
Quantity Adjustment/Change Order # 2 is required to add additional fencing for the
Cushing Properties and to adjust final quantities that was required to complete
necessary work for the project. Cost for Change Order #2 totals $41,314.00
Quantity Adjustment/Change Order # 3 is required to deduct for two stabilized
construction entrances that were not installed on this project. Deduct for Change Order
#3 is $-900.00
