The City Council approved Fencecrete America's bid for construction services for the Greenlawn Boulevard Neighborhood Revitalization Project at a cost of $407,947.50 on August 14th 2014. The scope of the contract included all items necessary for the successful construction of infrastructure and surface improvements for the installation of a Fencecrete fence to be installed on Greenlawn Blvd. Quantity Adjustment/Change Order # 1 is required to add additional quantity in the project area that was required to complete necessary work for the project.
