D. PUBLIC HEARING:
D.1 2016-3452 Consider a presentation, public hearing, and discussion on the 120-day
waiting period imposed on a Certificate of Appropriateness for Demolition
of the Stagecoach Inn.
E. PRESENTATIONS:
E.1 2016-3449 Consider a presentation and action regarding a Certificate of
Appropriateness for changes to the exterior, including foundation skirting,
at 109 S. Sheppard Street.
E.2 2016-3454 Consider a presentation and recommendation regarding applications for
the 2016 partial tax exemption for historically significant sites.
E.3 2016-3479 Consider the applications and appointment of members to a committee
that will assist with the selection of the 2016 Local Legend Award
recipients.
F. PLANNER REPORT:
F.1 2016-3481 Consider a presentation and discussion of upcoming events related to
historic preservation.
