TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on June 1, 2016, at 7:00 P.M. by
the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing. The purpose of the hearing is to
consider public testimony regarding the following proposed amendments to the City of Round Rock
Code of Ordinances (2010 Edition).
1. Fence maintenance requirements (Sec. 46-134,46-135, 46-136, 46-137, and 46-138)
2. Landscape screening requirements for dumpsters and trash receptacles (Sec. 46-195(i))
