G-05-07-28-10D1 - 7/28/2005ORDINANCE NO. g- u5 - le o -) Q L J AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE BY DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTION OF DELL WAY AND A DELL COMPUTER PARKING LOT ENTRANCE AS AN ALL -WAY STOP INTERSECTION; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS: I. That pursuant to Section 9.800, Code of Ordinances (1995 Edition), City of Round Rock, Texas, the below described intersection is hereby designated as an all -way stop intersection with stop signs to be erected as follows: ON AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH Dell Way (both directions) Dell Computer Parking Lot Entrance located 824 feet west of the centerline of Greenlawn Boulevard (both directions) Dell Computer Parking Lot Entrance located 824 feet west of the centerline of Greenlawn Boulevard Dell Way II. A. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in conflict herewith are expressly repealed. B. The invalidity of any section or provision of this ordinance shall not invalidate other sections or provisions thereof. C.
