BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, THAT: I. Exhibit A is hereby adopted as the "Northeast Plan" of the City of Round Rock, Texas, providing a guide for determining the appropriate zoning designations in Northeastern Round Rock; and establishing the boundaries of the plan area. Exhibit A is hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this ordinance. II. A. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in conflict herewith are expressly repealed. B. The invalidity of any section or provision of this ordinance shall not invalidate other sections or provisions thereof. C.
