TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hea ring to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on Jun e 23, 2016, at 7:00 P.M. by
City Council.
Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hear ings. The purpose of the hear ing is to
consider public testimony regarding the following proposed amendments to the City of Round Rock
Code of Ord ina nces (2010 Edition).
1. Fence maintenance requirements (Sec. 46-134, 46-135, 46-136, 46-137, and 46 -138)
2. Guidelines for res idential and commercial refuse containers (Sec . 32-22 and 32 -23)
3. Landscape screening requ ire ments for dumpsters and trash receptacles (Sec . 46-195(i))
