§KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON §
That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (hereinafter
called the "Declarant") has executed this Declaration of Access Easement for the purpose of establishing
the following perpetual access easement granting the right of free and uninterrupted ingress and egress for
persons, vehicles, and equipment necessary or convenient for use in Declarant's exercise of its rights in
the below-described property in Williamson County,Texas,to-wit:
Being 0.135 of an acre, or 5,864 square feet more or less, tract of land out of Section 2, Lot 2,
Block E, Parkland and an Open Space Drainage Easement recorded in of the University Village
South sections 1 and 2 recorded in Document No. 2012047987 of the Official Public Records of
Williamson County, Texas, situated in the Abel L. Eaves Survey, Abstract No. 215, In the City
of Round Rock, Williamson County, Texas. Said 0.135 of an acre being more particularly
described in Exhibit"A"attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes.
Except as otherwise stated, the Easement and other rights and privileges hereby created shall be
perpetual.
The benefits and obligations of the Easement created herein shall constitute benefits and
servitudes running with the land.
This Declaration may be modified, amended, or terminated by Declarant.
