Vizcaya Phase 1 was platted and recorded in 2014 but did not leave a stub -out for Savio Drive, which serves as the primary access for Phases 2C and 2C1. Those two phases were recently approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Savio Drive has already been constructed as part of the Vizcaya Phase 2C subdivision improvements, so the right of way connection exists on the ground; this procedure will establish the right of way on paper to create an access point for Phases 2C and 2C1 which meets the subdivsion code.
