G-03-08-28-9C6 - 8/28/2003ORDINANCE NO. 0'-03-Og-o(O -qe AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE BY DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTIONS OF KENNEYS WAY AND PIONEER CROSSING DRIVE, KENNEYS WAY AND WAGON TRAIL, KETTLE COVE AND KENNEYS WAY AND FOUR CABIN COURT AND WAGON AS STOP INTERSECTIONS; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS: I. That pursuant to Section 9.800, Code of Ordinances (1995 Edition), City of Round Rock, Texas, the below described intersections are hereby designated as stop intersections with stop signs to be erected as follows: ON AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH Kenneys Way Pioneer Crossing Drive Kenneys Way Wagon Trail Kettle Cove Kenneys Way Four Cabin Court Wagon Trail II. A. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in conflict herewith are expressly repealed. B. The invalidity of any section or provision of this ordinance shall not invalidate other sections or provisions thereof. C. This ordinance will authorize the stop signs located on the following segments of streets recently accepted by the City.
