G -03-08-14-13A1 AMENDING SECTION 1.802 OF THE ROUND ROCK CODE OF ORDINANCES ADOPTING EXTENDED HOURS FOR THE SALE OF MIXED BEVERAGES AND BEER; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS. WHEREAS, on August 14, 2003 the City Council of the City of Round Rock adopted Ordinance No. G -03-08-14-13A1 amending section 1.802 of the Round Rock Code of Ordinances adopting extended hours for the sale of mixed beverages and beer; and WHEREAS, in response to a Petition filed by the citizens of Round Rock, the City Council now wishes to repeal Ordinance No. G- 03 -08-14-13A1; Now Therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, I. That Ordinance No. G -03-08-14-13A1 is hereby repealed. II. A. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in conflict herewith are expressly repealed. B.
