WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department has submitted a proposed budget for the Park Development Fund for fiscal year 2004- 2005, and WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to approve said proposal, Now Therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS: That the budget for the Park Development Fund submitted by the Parks and Recreation Department for fiscal year 2004-2005, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", is hereby approved. The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of the meeting at which this Ordinance was adopted was posted and that such meeting was open to the public as required by law at all times during which this Ordinance and the subject matter hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended. Funds are obtained through donations, developer contributions, sport facility capital improvement fees and Interest Income. This fund will allow the Parks and Recreation staff to make capital improvements with funds other than tax dollars or bond monies. Public Comment: N/A
