TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on August 17, 2016, at 7:00 P.M.
by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing. The purpose of the hearing is to
consider public testimony regarding the following proposed amendments to the City of Round Rock
Code of Ordinances (2010 Edition).
1. MU-2 (Mixed-use downtown medium density) district code amendment regarding creek-facing
properties (amending Sec.46-155.2)
2. Amendment to the supplementary use standards for overnight accommodations in MU-1
(Mixed-use historic commercial core) district and MU-2 (Mixed-use downtown medium density)
district(amending Sec.46-160 (s-1))
3. The creation of SF-D (Single Family—Downtown zoning) district (creating new Sec.46-136.1 and
amending Sec.46-160(e))
