C7 ' 03- 0 'I 3 r"i I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 8, SECTION 8.615, CODE OF ORDINANCES (1995 EDITION), CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, TO REFERENCE THE PARKS IMPROVEMENT AND ACQUISITION ACCOUNT; AND PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS: I. That. Chapter 8, Section 8.615, Code of Ordinances (1995 Edition), City of Round Rock, Texas, is hereby amended to read as follows: 8.615 DEDICATION OF PARK LANDS OR PAYMENT OF FEES IN LIEU THEREOF (3) Criteria for Contributions in Lieu of Park Land (b) Deposit of Cash Contributions All cash contributions received by the city shall be received by the Director of Parks and Recreation and forwarded to the Director of Finance. The Director of Finance shall deposit said funds directly into the Parks Improvement and Acquisition account, as established in Section 1.1711 of this Code. II. A. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in conflict herewith are expressly repealed. B. The invalidity of any section or provision of this ordinance shall not invalidate other sections or provisions thereof. C. The Park Land Dedication Ordinance was established in 1979. That ordinance identifies the account to deposit funds in as the Park Fund. The account that was set up is actually named the Parks Improvement and Acquisition account.
