" C 05- 1 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE BY DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTIONS OF HAMLET COVE AND HAMLET CIRCLE, AND PENWOOD COVE AND HAMLET CIRCLE AS STOP INTERSECTIONS; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS: I. That pursuant to Section 9.800, Code of Ordinances (1995 Edition), City of Round Rock, Texas, the below described intersections are hereby designated as stop intersections with stop signs to be erected as follows: ON AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH Hamlet Cove Hamlet Circle Penwood Cove Hamlet Circle II. A. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in conflict herewith are expressly repealed. B. The invalidity of any section or provision of this ordinance shall not invalidate other sections or provisions thereof. C. According to documentation provided by your engineer, the improvements were installed at a cost of $315,386.32 of which $161,745.82 was for street and drainage improvements and $153,640.50 for water and wastewater improvements. These improvements have been completed in accordance with City of Round Rock specifications and code, as certified by your engineer, and we are in receipt of your affidavit stating that the work has been completed in compliance with the applicable provisions of the code, with your request the improvements be accepted by the City of Round Rock. This letter shall constitute the formal acceptance of the subdivision water, wastewater, street and drainage improvements for maintenance by the City of Round Rock.
