AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE BY
DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTIONS OF HAMLET COVE AND
HAMLET CIRCLE, AND PENWOOD COVE AND HAMLET CIRCLE
AS STOP INTERSECTIONS; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE
AND REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND
ROCK, TEXAS:
I.
That pursuant to Section 9.800, Code of Ordinances (1995
Edition), City of Round Rock, Texas, the below described
intersections are hereby designated as stop intersections with
stop signs to be erected as follows:
ON AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH
Hamlet Cove Hamlet Circle
Penwood Cove Hamlet Circle
II.
A. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in
conflict herewith are expressly repealed.
B. The invalidity of any section or provision of this
ordinance shall not invalidate other sections or provisions
thereof.
C. The City Council hereby finds and declares that written
notice of the date, hour, place and subject of the meeting at which
this Ordinance was adopted was posted and that such meeting was

RE: Forest Creek,Section 21 -Subdivision Acceptance
Dear Mr. Parker:
This letter is written in regard to the public works improvements constructed in conjunction with the above
referenced subdivision. According to documentation provided by your engineer, the improvements were
installed at a cost of $315,386.32 of which $161,745.82 was for street and drainage improvements and
$153,640.50 for water and wastewater improvements.
These improvements have been completed in accordance with City of Round Rock specifications and code,
as certified by your engineer, and we are in receipt of your affidavit stating that the work has been completed
in compliance with the applicable provisions of the code, with your request the improvements be accepted
by the City of Round Rock. This letter shall constitute the formal acceptance of the subdivision water,
wastewater, street and drainage improvements for maintenance by the City of Round Rock.
Accordingly, the warranty period of these improvements will extend as follows:

ordinance will authorize the stop signs located on the segments of streets recently
accepted by the City.
