G-01-11-20-12D1 - 11/20/2001ORDINANCE NO. - D1- 1/- (Q0-- AN QQ- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE BY DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTIONS OF ARBOR DRIVE AND WYOMING SPRINGS DRIVE, ARBOR COURT AND ARBOR DRIVE, MASONWOOD WAY AND ARBOR DRIVE, WHISPERING WOODS COURT AND MASONWOOD WAY, AND PECAN CREST COVE AND MASONWOOD WAY AS STOP INTERSECTIONS; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS: I. According to documentation submitted by your engineer, the improvements were installed at a cost of $2,273,537.19 of which $1,483,318.06 was for street and drainage improvements and $790,219.13 for water and wastewater improvements. These improvements have been completed in accordance with City of Round Rock specifications and code, as certified by your engineer, and we are in receipt of your affidavit stating that the work has been completed in compliance with the applicable provisions of the code, with your request the improvements be accepted by the City of Round Rock. This letter shall constitute the formal acceptance of the subdivision water, wastewater, street and drainage improvements for maintenance by the City of Round Rock. Consider an ordinance authorizing the placement of stop signs at various intersections in the Behrens Ranch Phase B Section I Subdivision. (Second Reading) The stop signs will be placed on Arbor Drive at Wyoming Springs Drive; Arbor Court at Arbor Drive; Masonwood Way at Arbor Drive (northwest and southeast); Whispering Woods Court at Masonwood Way; and Pecan Crest Cove at Masonwood Way. This ordinance will authorize the stop signs located on the segments of streets recently accepted by the City.
