( OHO -11- 1163 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE BY DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTION OF LORD BYRON CIRCLE AT LORD BYRON CIRCLE AS A STOP INTERSECTION; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS: I. That pursuant to Section 9.800, Code of Ordinances (1995 Edition), City of Round Rock, Texas, the below described intersection is hereby designated as a stop intersection with a stop sign to be erected as depicted on the attached Exhibit "A": ON AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH Lord Byron Circle Lord Byron Circle II. A. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in conflict herewith are expressly repealed. B. The invalidity of any section or provision of this ordinance shall not invalidate other sections or provisions thereof. C. Consider an ordinance designating the intersection of Lord Byron Circle at Lord Byron Circle as a stop intersection. (Second Reading) The first reading was approved on September 27, 2001. Resource: Jim Nuse, Director of Public Works Tom Word, Chief Traffic Engineer History: When the ordinance for stop signs for this subdivision was adopted, this stop sign was not included.
