AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE BY

C. The City Council hereby finds and declares that written
notice of the date, hour, place and subject of the meeting at which
this Ordinance was adopted was posted and that such meeting was
open to the public as required by law at all times during which
this Ordinance and the subject matter hereof were discussed,
considered and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open
Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended, and
the Act.

Round Rock. This letter shall constitute the formal acceptance for maintenance by
the City of Round Rock of the referenced wastewater improvements.

installed at a cost of $ 361,000. It should be noted that the improvements constructed to serve the above -
referenced subdivision include improvements that will be publicly maintained (by the City) and
improvements that will be privately maintained (by others). The portion that will be publicly maintained
are those improvements associated with the portion of Round Rock Ranch Blvd. shown on the respective
subdivision plat. It is estimated that approximately $ 100,000 of the total cost of the subdivision
improvements were associated with Round Rock Ranch Blvd.
These improvements have been completed in accordance with City of Round Rock specifications and code,
as certified by your engineer, and we are in receipt of your affidavit stating that the work has been completed
in compliance with the applicable provisions of the code, with your request the improvements be accepted
by the City of Round Rock. This letter shall constitute the formal acceptance of the public subdivision
street and drainage improvements for maintenance by the City of Round Rock and, recognition of
completion of the private subdivision water, wastewater, street and drainage improvements by the City
of Round Rock.

RE: Zunker Meadows, Section 2 - Subdivision Acceptance
Dear Mr. Behrens:
This letter is written in regard to the public works improvements constructed
in conjunction with the above referenced subdivision.
These improvements have been completed in accordance with City of Round
Rock specifications and code, as certified by your engineer, and we are in
receipt of your affi davit stating that the work has been completed in compliance
with the applicable provisions of the code, with your request the improvements
be accepted by the City of Round Rock. This letter shall constitute the
formal acceptance of the subdivision water, wastewater, street and
drainage improvements for maintenance by the City of Round Rock.
Accordingly, the warranty period for these improvements will extend as follows:
Street and Drainage - 8/17/2002
Water and Wastewater - 8/17/2001
Revegetation - 6/1/2001

intersections: Rock Rose Place at Shady Hillside Pass, Dawn Mesa
Court at Shady Hillside Pass (both directions), Aransas Cove at
Matagorda Drive, Thorn Creek Drive at Matagorda Drive (both
directions), Copano Cove at Matagorda Drive, Thorn Creek Drive at
Bowman Road, Texella Cove at Stone Oak Drive, Natural Bridge
Court at Stone Oak Drive (both directions), Mangrove Cave Court at
Stone Oak Drive (both directions), Briarton Drive at Briarton Lane
(northeast intersection), Briarton Drive at Round Rock Ranch
Boulevard, Henley Drive at Plantation Drive, Wolkin Cove at Henley
Drive, Loncola Court at Henley Drive, and Chalice Cove at Chalice
Way. (Second Reading) The first reading was approved on March 8,
2001.

History: Several new subdivisions have been completed and accepted by the City. This
ordinance will authorize the stop signs located on the segments of streets recently
accepted by the City.
