AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE BY
DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTION OF SAM BASS ROAD AND
CREEK BEND BOULEVARD AS AN ALL -WAY STOP
INTERSECTION; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND
REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND
ROCK, TEXAS:
I.
That pursuant to Section 9.800, Code of Ordinances (1995
Edition), City of Round Rock, Texas, the below described
intersection is hereby designated as an all -way stop intersection
with stop signs to be erected as follows:
ON AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH
A.
Sam Bass Road
(both directions)
Creek Bend Boulevard
Creek Bend Boulevard Sam Bass Road
(both directions)
II.
All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in
conflict herewith are expressly repealed.
B. The invalidity of any section or provision of this
ordinance shall not invalidate other sections or provisions
thereof.

Council hereby finds and declares that written
hour, place and subject of the meeting at which
this Ordinance was adopted was posted and that such meeting was

the Act.
