Consider an ordinance to establish a No Parking restriction along the east side of Jarrett Way, and along the north side of Michael Angelo Way from its intersection with Jarrett Way to a point 250 feet east of Jarrett Way. (Second Reading) STAFF RESOURCE PERSON: Jim Nuse STAFF RECOMMENDATION: On street parking near the corner of Jerrett Way and Michael Angelo Way is creating a sight distance problem which limits drivers' view of pedestrians at this corner. The City has received a request from Wayne Dresser to limit parking. Wayne Dresser has sufficient off-street parking for those vehicles currently parking on the street. Prohibiting on -street parking as described in this ordinance will result in improved safety for pedestrians at this location. Staff recommends your approval of this ordinance.
