Staff Resource Person: Joe Vining
Staff Recommendation: Approval
This tract of land was disannexed April 11, 1991. The city feels that this is a
viable resource for its tax base and therefore has initiated the reannexation.
Public hearings will be held on May 21, 1996 at 6:00 (special called) and on May
23, 1996 at the regular meeting.
A timetable for the annexation and zoning process is attached.
