R-2016-3927 - 11/8/2016 RESOLUTION NO. R-2016-3927 WHEREAS, on October 27, 2016, the City of Round Rock ("City") approved a real estate contract for the purchase of a right-of-way parcel and a remainder parcel from Beverly and Billy Ketchum("Owners") regarding the RM 620 ROW Project; and WHEREAS, the Owners have a replacement home under contract for purchase; and WHEREAS, the Texas Department of Transportation has reviewed and approved a last resort housing supplement on behalf of the Owners; and WHEREAS, the City wishes to approve said housing supplement,Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,TEXAS, That the housing supplement as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the payment of the housing supplement in the amount of$72,398 is hereby approved. The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was open to the public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and the subject matter hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended.
