AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9, SECTION 9.603 CODE
OF ORDINANCES (1995 EDITION), CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS
TO REGULATE THE TURNING OF VEHICLES LEAVING THE
SCHOOL PARKING AREA AT ROBERTSON ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND REPEALING
CONFLICTING ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND
ROCK, TEXAS:
I.
That Chapter 9, Section 9.603, of the Code of Ordinances (1995
Edition), City of Round Rock, Texas, is hereby amended by adding a
subsection 9.603(3), which shall read as follows:
(3) Whenever authorized signs are erected giving notice
thereof, all vehicles leaving the parking area situated
on the school property at Robertson Elementary School
must turn right when entering Bayland Street. This
restriction on turning shall be effective only during the
hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on days when Robertson
Elementary School is in session.
II.
A. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in
conflict herewith are expressly repealed.
B. The invalidity of any section or provision of this
ordinance shall not invalidate other sections or provisions
thereof.
