(:-r "910 -01-/- "- i 8 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9, SECTION 9.502, CODE OF ORDINANCES (1995 EDITION), CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS TO EXTEND THE TWENTY (20) MILE PER HOUR SPEED ZONE ON A PORTION OF PROVIDENT LANE; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS: I. That Chapter 9, Section 9.502(2), of the Code of Ordinances (1995 Edition), City of Round Rock, Texas, is hereby amended by extending the twenty (20) mile per hour speed zone on Provident Lane, controlled by signs erected giving notice thereof, which amendment shall read as follows: ON Provident Lane north and southbound FROM TO Wroxton Way Wayne Drive H. A. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in - conflict herewith are expressly repealed. B. (Second Reading) Staff Resource Person: Joe Vining Staff Recommendation: Approval This regulatory special park speed zone is being expanded at the request of the Round Rock ISD on behalf of Robertson Elementary School. It currently extends from London Road to Bayland Street. ECONOMIC IMPACT: None
