WHEREAS, Security Capital Industrial Trust, as the owner of Lot 1 of "Resubdivision of Lot 3, Corridor Park I", has through its representative, Stanley Thomas, petitioned the CITY COUNCIL OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, requesting the City to vacate a portion of a 10 foot wide public utility easement contained witnin said Lot; and WHEREAS, all authorized public utility users of said easement have concurred in writing with said petition; Now Therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, THAT: I. That the City Council hereby vacates and abandons all of that certain public utility easement within Lot 1 of "Resubdivision of Lot 3, Corridor Park I", a subdivision recorded in Volume 94, Page 169, of the Plat Records of Travis County; said public utility easement being more particularly described by metes and bounds on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. II. A. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in conflict herewith are expressly repealed. B.
