AN ORDINANCE VACATING 0.074 ACRES OF LAND OUT OF A
VARIABLE WIDTH WATERLINE EASEMENT LOCATED ACROSS
AND THROUGH LOTS 22-28, BLOCK H, AND LOTS 16-18, BLOCK
K, BENT TREE SECTION II SUBDIVISION IN ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND REPEALING
CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS.
WHEREAS, Centex Real Estate Corporation, a Nevada
corporation, d/b/a Centex Homes, as the owner of Lots 22-28, Block
H, and Lots 16-18, Block K, Bent Tree Section II, has through its
duly authorized division president, Phil Warnick, petitioned the
CITY COUNCIL OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, requesting the City to vacate
0.074 acres of land out of a variable width waterline easement
contained in said Lots; and
WHEREAS, all authorized public utility users of said easement
have concurred in writing with said petition; Now Therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT:

No 130 in Williamson County, Texas and being a part of a 75.000 acre
tract of land conveyed to Dresden Ltd. by deed recorded in Vol. 1286,
Pg. 857 Deed Records Williamson County, Texas and also being the
remaining portion of a Waterline Easement recorded in Vol. 1498, Pg.
445 D.R.W.C.T., said remainder being more particularly described by
metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at a 1 inch iron pipe found in the Original North R.O.W.
line of Sam Bass Road (R.O.W. varies) for the South corner of aforesaid
75.000 acre tract and the Southeast corner of said Waterline easement
1498/445;
Thence departing the said Original North R.o.W. line of Sam Bass Road
and along the south line of aforesaid 75.00 acre tract, North 69° 24'23"
East, a distance of 31.14 feet to a point in the North line of a 10
foot wide P.U.E. for Bent Tree Section II, a proposed subdivision (not
